Why to present a poster at BWTAC2025?

  • To present your work/study highlights and achievements
  • To Exchange knowledge and experience with participants and to apply new technologies and methods in your future work/study
  • To build connections with the participants and leading experts both in academic and industrial areas
  • To Inspire ideas and innovative thoughts

1. The submission deadline: October 10, 2025 (Friday) 24:00. Late submissions will not be accepted. Please send email to Ms. Li (yijia.li@baiease.com).

2. Submission format requirements: JPG, PNG (please pay attention to the image clarity, recommended ＞5mb).

3. Number of pages for posters: no more than 1 page.

4. Poster Template：Downloadable template

5. Please refer to the following format for the email title and poster file name: Poster+ “Author/ Institution Name”. Please make sure to leave the contact person’s name and mobile phone number in any case that we will get in touch with you regarding your poster.

6. All posters will be presented on-site during November 7-9, 2025 on BWTAC2025

7. Important note: Please make sure to upload electronic posters that reviewed by the conference organizing committee. The ones that do not meet the standards of poster template will not be displayed on BWTAC2025.
