Registration Instructions
1. All conference participants are required to complete online registration and fee payment through the official conference registration system: https://meet.cie.org.cn/cms/m10950/. The registration fee includes official conference materials and catered meals throughout the conference period.
You may collect on-site materials with your electronic voucher QR code.
2. All authors of accepted papers are obligated to attend the conference and present their registered papers on-site. The official registration and payment deadline for paper-presenting authors is August 30, 2026. Failure to complete the registration procedure within the specified timeframe will result in the immediate revocation of paper recommendation eligibility, and the concerned paper will not be considered for publication in any recommended journals.
Registration and Payment Regulations
1. Upon successful payment, the system will automatically dispatch a payment confirmation SMS. Participants shall ensure the accuracy of the registered mobile phone number to receive relevant notifications timely.
2. After logging into the registration system, participants may access the "Registration & Payment" module to verify personal registration information and obtain the electronic participation QR code. This QR code is mandatory for on-site collection of conference materials.
3. The self-service invoicing service is exclusively applicable to transactions completed via WeChat Pay or Alipay. Participants may apply for official invoices through the registration system within 10 calendar days following the conference conclusion on November 8. The self-service invoicing system will be permanently closed after November 18. All invoice applications must be submitted in advance accordingly.
4. Once registration and payment are confirmed successful, no refund requests will be accepted. This policy is implemented to facilitate the advanced logistical arrangement and preparation of conference affairs.

The Youth Talent Frontier Training Camp, scheduled to be held on Friday, November 6, is restricted to student participants only. The admission fee for this activity is fully covered by the standard conference registration fee, with no additional charges required.

INTRODUCTION
With the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation and evolution, blockchain and Web3.0 technology continue to play their dual roles of leadership in the field.
Co-Organized by the Chinese Institute of Electronics and University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, the 2025 International Conference on Blockchain and Web3.0 Technology Innovation and Application Exchange(BWTAC2025) will be held in Chengdu, Sichuan province of China on November 7-9, 2025, with the aim of integrating digital technologies with the real economy, so as to build an international cooperation and exchange platform with the differentiated and specialized quality.
The 2025 International Conference on Blockchain and Web3.0 Technology Innovation and Application Exchange(BWTAC2025) will focus on the core values and cutting-edge applications of blockchain and Web3.0 technology, and explore the latest progress of blockchain in terms of performance and scalability, as well as its representative applications in various fields such as finance, government affairs, and intelligent manufacturing, etc. Meanwhile, the topic of BWTAC will focus on data elements circulation and governance, privacy, security and solutions, involving encryption technology, privacy protection and network attack defense. In addition, it will also cover privacy computing, data elements and the combination of blockchain+artificial intelligence, including the exploration of blockchain and Web3.0 in the development of the metaverse. The 2nd academic annual meeting of the Blockchain Branch of the CIE will also be held at the same time. We would like to discuss with all the participants the latest trend of development in the field of blockchain and Web3.0 technology, to bring together experts from industry, academia and research field by stimulating and cultivating a group of new technology, new industries, new business formats and models in an innovative perspective, and to promote the innovation and application of blockchain and Web3.0 technologies both home and abroad as well.
